Today I did 10 miles in the canyon again. I was happy to be back there and enjoy the scenary. The run felt easier than the last time. The streams had more water than last week.
I was more excited that my sister, Vidhya trained with me today. She lives in India and she is a big supporter of my efforts. She is visiting me for a week. Many of her friends have donated and offer support for my fund raising. She loved the scenary today that she walked in her own pace and completed 7 miles. At one point she got so amazed by the scenary that she didn't notice a big rattle snake 1-2 feet away from her. It hissed and scared her away. I missed the snake and she didn't get a photo of the snake.
Next weekend I am going to run in Kansas city again! I am going to do 14-16 miles.
